Six more children suffer from malnutrition in Tharparkar

Fist: At least six more children died of malnutrition at Tharparkar Civil Hospital Fist on Tuesday.

According to the district administration, the total number of deaths due to nutrition this month has increased to 23.

Nutrition and other health issues in the Tharparkar district hit by drought have claimed the lives of little girls in the area.

DHO Tharparkar said three of the children who died were suffering from premature birth complications and 2 with birth-related asphyxia.
